I bought a pair of Carhartt pants today. My second Carhartt item actually, due to the outrageous prices on them. Today Carhartt was on sale. My grey comfy tight fitting work pants were $80 down from $199. Vince bought a pair of jeans for $100 on sale. Such good quality and comfy fit. I want a puffy Carhartt jacket too. Similar to the one MJ has.

I tried something different at Maccas today. The McFeast burger and their Shaker Fries. Shit. We paid $18 for two burgers and fries (one small and one medium). Shit that didnt even include drinks. I could go to St. Albans, eat a good cooked meal and still have change left over.

I tried a new bubble cup today. I usually get my blueberry, apple or taro but today I had 'starfruit' and it wasn't a 'fruit chiller' or 'ice blend' it was a 'snow flake'. Different. And Pleasant! I like... very milky :)

It was a sunny day. Me and vman went on a date to the city. We drove, well I drove, in and parked at QV. We walked past Jwow and had a little giggle at the floating cow decor. Vince had breakfast at Don Don's, we strolled around Melbourne Central to help vman find some clothes.

I try to help him shop but I feel like i do all the work for him. Ugh. Can't you find ur own clothes and ur own sizes? On the other hand, I like picking out stuff for him. Sometimes I pick the right stuff and he tries it on :) or i pick something he initially doesnt like, but after i force him to try it on, he ends up liking it. Then theres a problem with his sizing, it's difficult to find sizes for him because he's so big. e.g at Carhartt when all but one sale item failed to fit him. I guess that makes shopping for vman easy because we can eliminate brands based on their sizing.

Off to Myer to find vman's niece a birthday present. The Tinklebell she wanted cost $100. Wow. We had to find a substitute.

Sorry Angel. We got you Zooballs. I found this toy that Phuong had told me about. You pressed its stomach and the mouth would open. It sung out tunes. It was so cute. Me and vince were playing with it for 10 minutes like gangstas giggling in the toy deparment. I was very tempted to buy it... but im sure the novelty would wear off so I recorded it for memories. We exploited my Myer Team Member discount.

Hours of Fun

We went to vince's bro's house in Derrimut for Angel's celebration. We ate filo spaghetti for dinner and fresh ube macaroons for dessert. By this time i was beyond bloated. And not to mention tired as my nocturnal sleeping habits were slowing changing into a normal persons'. Vince dropped me home about 9:20pm.

i went boxing day shopping today bcoz i wanted to brave the crowds. i didnt mean to go shopping. i just wanted out of this house. i went to spencer street shopping centre, bought some sexy heels that i have been watching for ages. they were originally $160 (fkn rip) down to $60. i literally just walked into the shop, saw these babies in my way, tried them on and bought them. i didnt even look at the rest of the shop. or ask for another size. the display ones were perfect.

they were fawn/beige in colour, wedge heel, FULL LEATHER exterior and INTERIOR, has 5 strap/buckles going across the foot. its so gangsta. and what got me was when i put my foot in, i was pleasantly surprised at the FULL SOLE CUSHIONING that made the heel so comfortable to wear - almost like a sneaker! i asked the girl if i could wear them out the store and put my old shoes in the box, she said yes and i wore them for the rest of the day.

thats right. i went to Brunswick street, Melbourne central shopping centre, QV shopping centre and then Highpoint shopping centre in my heels. thats a total of about 7.5hrs. it ddnt start hurting until we got to Highpoint. which is some fair effort. and when i took the shoes off i had no blisters or cuts. it must be the leather.

This is my very first ebay and online purchase. It came from Hong Kong. it cost me $14.99 with a $10 postage. When i 1st saw it, it was awesome. now that I have it, its not so awesome. maybe ill wear it during summer, maybe its more of a summer dress. thats why i dont like it as much.

Me and vman went on a date on wednesday that 14th of july. He had a day off so we wanted to make the most of our day. We caught a 10:29am train from wg's. We didnt have breakfast so we had cheap sushi from that joint on Lonsdale street, then wake up coffee's at Famous Amos at melbourne central. I tried a chai latte and it was so good. Vman had a Mocha which was also good but not as awesome as mine. We sat outside the chairs at Colorado and ate our food =] I felt we were cute. haha

We did a few laps around the surrounding blocks, looking for winter coats, jackets, jumpers, jeans, shoes or food. Vman set his mind on buying Carhartt pants. I advised against this seeing as Carhartts can sell up to $200 and most of them look exactly the same. We found out they were on sale, vman ended up getting a black version of the grey ones he already has for $99 (not too bad) and I ended up getting a pair for myself =] haha because it was 50% OFF ALL GIRLS JEANS. I've taken a photo of only the back pocket, because thats what i paid $79 for anyway, the name on the bum.

I was suprised the very first pair i tried on was the perfect fit! Usually I need 3 goes. I tried on another size in disbelief but ended up getting the 1st one. i love these pants, I wore them twice since. They are very comfortable, surprisingly warm and feel like good quality denim. Carhartt, I will buy again. Only when you're on sale though.

For about 1 month now i have been obsessing over thigh boots. The opportunity past on ebay when i found a perfect pair. My computer FUCKED UP and LAGGED within the last seconds of bidding and i didnt win the item =[ i was so sad. so sad. I went out and bought a pair of rip off over the knee (not even thigh high boots). I wore them today. At least they dont hurt my feet.

We were so surprised at how slow the time went. It was only 3:30pm when we were running out of things to do. We started our day so early. We visited Myer, Spencer Street shopping centre and Melbourne Central Shopping centre.

We ate dinner at Red Silks. Vman made me jealous because he ordered Katsudon and his order came first. I ordered Chicken and veggie stirfry with cashews and rice which was average. We also ordered fried chips on the side, soo good there.

It was time to go home. I love my vman =]

@ ze movies

I hate going to the movies simply for the price of a movie ticket. remember the days when they used to be $5 every tuesday? now they are as high as $14.50 for a student ticket, $16+ for an adult and $19+ for a 3D movie ticket. fucking full of shit that is when u can rent 5 weekly dvd's for $6.95 at VideoEzy.

anyways, vince has always loved paying a rip for movie tickets so today i agreed to go. he was always raving on about watching Prince of Persia and Robin Hood in cinema. i have rejected this idea as a possibility until i found out Prince of Persia was directed by the same guys who did Pirates of the Caribeean. WOW! i love that movie. so off we went for the 7pm session at Village Cinemas, Sunshine.

we had to stop by for some toasted kebabs at Ballarat road 1st, then get some drinks at Safeway.

The movie started off good. Really suspensful and kept me on the edge of my seat, lifting my scarf to cover my eyes and mouth when the scary/violent parts were happening. but towards the middle i found the plot unbelieving. How and why would the young king believe Dust'an so easily after Dust'an was accused of killing their father?? and how and why would the princess fall in love with Dust'an within minutes of meeting him?? I wouldn't. he's not even that hot. i wish they got someone else to play the main character.

Overall the film was OKAY. but meh, i couldve waited for it to come on dvd.

Yesterday i spent 2hours+ in Borders, Melbourne Central reading up on France and London and searching for bargain books. I have learnt a couple of phrases in french:

here are some facts i learnt yesterday about france:

• almost all businesses close from 12:30pm - 2:30pm for a lunch break
• 1AUD = 1euro
• a cost of one crossoint is 1.20euro
• the french find it arrogant of tourists who dont acknowledge the french language e.g. if you speak to them in english
• majority of french people are not vegiterians
• it is illegal to smoke in public
• it is highly recommended to book accommodation in advance when visiting Paris
• Gypsy pick-pocketers distract you while they take your belongings and tend to appear near tourist destinations like the Effiel Tower and the Lourve
• graveyards are regular walking places, almost like parks
• catching public transport into the city from the airport is much cheaper than catching a cab
• there are few nightclubs in Paris due to the tendency for people to have house parties
• Paris was 1st establised in the 13th century (i think) by a group of people called Parisii

i skimmed through 3 Paris travel books. i bought a book $3 titled 'Death and Celebrities' a true crime book telling the stories of celebrities backgrounds, families, successes and deaths. and a lonely planet book listing all the countries in the world complete with photographs, trademarks and a to-do list for $13.75 from $54.99 =D

The World is Slowly Changing

This Sunday will be my last shift at Femme. Its always sad to leave your comfort zone behind and sometimes daunting to look into your uncertain future. i try to see it as a good thing and mutter the words repeatedly in my head 'change is good, change is good, change is good'. and in most cases it is since everything single fucking thing you go through is a learning experience. and experience is what most people yearn for, whether they want a new job, travel the world, move out on their own, change their room layout, watch a new movie, go on a tour, everything!

ive got bar work tmrw which i find very interesting at the moment. i always know what time i start but never exactly when i finish, i hate taking trains late at night. especially after seeing a Crime Stoppers notice titled

'RAPE AT MELBOURNE CENTRAL STATION'

and some photograph of an ordinary asian man. fucking scary, out of ALL the stations i pass on the sydenham line, melbourne central is percieved to be the safest considering all the security cameras, guards, and the fact that the station is enclosed within a major city shopping centre.

another fucking animal is the bitch who spat a large amount of phlegm all over the front of a jacket she tried on at Femme. why the fuck would any sane, normal, civilised, educated person do that? she cannot obviously be described by the words above. i wish i had the chance to tie her naked to a chair, hands and ankles bound by electrical tape and spit on her face with my gooey phlegm. id get the top she spat on and use it to wipe it all over her face and make her swallow what she got in her mouth. give you a taste of your own medicine.

Zombie

I've just had a quick squiz at my older posts and realised how much more visual i was back then. sometimes the images i post with my posts aren't even vaguely related but perhaps in some subconcious way they are. its fucking freezing. my computer is far from my cozy toasty room and moving it takes about 2trips since the computer is quiet heavy for my thin arms. i must learn how to grow gripping muscles on my hands to open bottles of drinks at work, i cannot always ask the customers to do it for me. i feel i would appear a tad unprofessional. stupid lady who pointed me out as a newbie. whatever.

sydney tickets are booked again. it will be the 3rd time im flying out of melbourne since january 28th this year. how exciting, im sure wasting my money on these interstate holiday. this time its for a good reason, my 21st. it will be celebrated in sydney from july 30 to august 2nd. i shall do the 3.5hr climb on the Sydney Harbour Bridge and i shall shit myself when i look down at the water below and remind myself i cannot swim to save my drowning soul. i have jokingly said i would push vman off the bridge but there will be no jokes once we're up there. it'll be a 21st to remember.

im gonna save lotsa money to get trashed at the expensive sydney clubs. corona's go up from $5 a bottle to $9 over night at the same club and entry fees can go up to $30. thats 6 corona bottles at $5 each. THATS A 6PACK! unbelievable what they get away with. but you gotta pay for the experience. i must remind myself to not wear high heels that night or i will surely tumble over and break my ankle. perhaps a pair of boots.

Those babies in the top picture will cost me about $150 since they are ginuine leather.

I have gone 4months without them since seeing them 1st in sydney.
