It's a beautiful 28 degrees in Melbourne, blue skys, sun shining brightly, gentle breeze rustling the leaves on the trees, birds chirping... this is fully beach weather. except my tummy has grown slightly out of proportion to my hips and bust. its not easy loosing weight or toning the tummy, i dont really know the right or most effective way to do it. i do walk heaps. 1 hr of walking a day is apparently what a healthy person needs. yep, i walk 1 hour a day. ive been walking more than 2 hours a day when i was overseas, but my tummy didnt seem any flatter.
how typical of us to want fast effects, without putting in a decent effort. its a no brainer, but discouraging to think (for lazy people like me) that nothing comes for free. no pain no gain. damnit.
Last night we had a celebration for Vman's dad b'day at vman's joint. there was so much fucking food it was glorious. fried pieces of chicken that reminded me of KFC, sinagang, grilled milk fish stuffed wrapped in banana leaves with diced tomatos, prawn ukoy, lamb and pork BBQ, soup, ube dessert, sticky date pudding, fruit salad and cream... it was amazing. i think my tummy is gradually expanding to normal size after it has shrunk in London and Paris. please give me the strength to control thy eating and what thy eat.
I have work tmrw. jwow is closed to customers til the 10th of January or there abouts due to a refitting of the interior. i hope its gonna be crazy, i think it will be crazy. i suspect more work and responsibility as everything jwow was, will be improved and upgraded - included customer service. tmrw joel wants me to help with the refit, not sure exactly what I will be doing - lets hope none of that tradie stuff bcoz thats what we pay them for. this is will be a good opportunity to get mums glass bowl back, i hope the watermelon that was contained in it hasnt moulded so badly. i will also change some U.A.E. Dirhams into AUD. im running outa cash. i need to make some more $$ or find a higher paying job. damn my holiday and spending mode.
