Luxy Club

Hahaha! Last night was fucking craaaayyyyyyyyy

Police raids
Free shots
Special consideration because we were tourists
Male strippers pouring down vodka in our mouths
Getting cut at the bartenders for watering down their drinks by 15%
Photoshots on the bar
New cute friends
I had better luck picking up girls than the dudes did
I attract the lesbians

Luxy Club
Taiwan's largest and apparently 'sexiest' club. Check out this ad for it:

Luxy Ad

This place was full of laser lights which amused me and helen while we were at the bar. We were grabbing the light/invisible air and soon others were doing the same. I had drank my 4th glass of vodka and orange but not felt a thing. Usually I would feel tipsy but I wasnt. Helen and I were so sure that they had watered down the alcohol. Not happy because these prices are the same if not more than australia. ($7.5 a drink, $15 a shot). We went to the bar and ordered a plain shot of vodka to taste. It didnt smell like anything but boy it tasted like shit house. Thats how we knew was definetly alcoholic. I still reckon it was watered down, at least 10%.

To make sure they werent jibbing us on quantity either we made sure they poured us 30ml. I stuck my fingers out and counted three seconds, and six seconds for a double shot. Yep! fool proof.

This club was full of asians but mixed with internationals and tourists. There were these trashy looking fake barbie doll white girls in leopard dresses who were apparently 'models'. What kind of models where they? If I was a stylish, I would not dress my model like that. Platnum blonde hair, bright red lipstick. She clung onto the asian dude in a business suit. She was bigger than he was. She smiled while he looked unemotionally into the distance. Definetly a language barrier. But he clung on to her too, probably to show he owned her. I reckon she was a call girl.

Joe and I have accumulated many inside jokes since being korean room buddies. A line of african american guys walked in. I called him from afar and pointed excitedly at them. He cracked up laughing and so did I. He got my joke. 'Actual black people'

There were photographers everywhere taking photos of girls. They got the girls to pose on the balconies. They were shooting them for about 5 minutes. I looked like something professional. A spanish speaking photographer approached me. My photograph is to appear on the Luxy facebook. I am waiting to see it!!

We met a few people last night. The dudes were trying to pick up girls on the dance floor but it ended up being me. It all started off with a smile. Then she came and tried to grind on me. Okay I'll grind back. She spoke english her name is Gabrielle. Then I met her friend Eve. Then I danced with the rest of her friends. The girls kept cupping my face and saying 'You're so cute!! You're so cute!!' I side-looked over to the dudes and gave my proudest 'ohh yeahh boooii!!' hahaha

I bumped into Eve in the toilet. she had lost her friends so I asked if she wanted to hang out with us. She's a happy little kooky thing, full of excitement and positivity and love. I bought her a drink and she was happy to receive it. I thought for a moment, if some random I met bought me a drink, I would not take it unless I saw it being poured. When I looked over to her, her drink was empty. She had skulled it! I poured her half of my drink. Her friends came to me and thanked me for looking after her. I wasnt really, was i?

Eve was originally from Thailand, and spoke spanish.. or she was originally from spanish and spoke Thai? Not sure. But she was in Taiwan for study. She held my hand, smiled at me, introduced me to her friends, laughed with me and kept complimenting me. 'Let me be your tour guide!!!' Haha! She was so trusting and loving of me, I just gave that back.

Jen Sato. I love you :) Please don't forget me :)
*wrote down my name in her phone so she can add me on facebook*

On top of my name, I saw daves. I see he's trying to get in there. I showed dave what I wrote in Eve's phone, and gave another sickunt look. Hahah!

Eve: Where is your boyfriend?
Me: At home. Do you have a boyfriend?
Eve: No
Me: All my of friends are single, which one do you want?
Eve: None of them. I want you

O.O

And then it hit me. Has she been hitting on me this whole time? When a guy was talking to Eve, I would come up and stick my nose in the conversation, she would turn her full attention to me. I thought I was rescuing her from unwanted attention.

Eve and Gabby in Luxy Club Toilets

Helen and I went to piss and when we came out the lights were up. For a moment I thought it was finished but the place was swarming with cops. Helen says we were going through a raid. Lights were full blast. Music stopped and they called for silence. The bar still served drinks though. People had to stay still and get their ID out for the cops to see. They moved systematically through the crowd checking everyones ID and telling those where noisey off. They checked everyone except for us, and other foriegners. I dont know what they were looking for. Drugs, underage, wanted criminals...  I dont think it was a good way to do it. The raid lasted for about 30 minutes and i wanted to leave. It killed the moment. They were however handing out free shots which is probably the only reason why i stayed.

I made friends with one of the security guards, who was handing out the shots. Everytime they came around we got them to shot w us. It was cheap and very nasty. I asked him 'do you like it? no? then why are you serving this to us?'. It phased me that they werent so strict on RSA here. On the stage were two buff topless men in bow ties with a smirnoff bottle in each hand. They were pouring alcohol into peoples mouths and drinking it themselves. They were walking around. I got one to have some of my drink (i would not dirnk a strangers drink) and they poured me some of theirs. hahahhaha

We partied til we got kicked out. Me and joe were about the only ones still standing so we got maccas and fell asleep as the sun rose.

Matt Damon - I want to be where you are

Day 1

Doota S/C
Myeong-dong
Bump into Wandy
Drinking plum wine by myself because everyone was sleeping
Napped from 715pm - 11pm
11pm KBBQ dinner and skulling makgeoli
7 Luck Casino
NB2 club in Hongdae
Shoving 6 people in a 4 people cab

Cabbie: I know problem, you have problem?
Us: We no problem!!

The casino was a disappointment. It was full of serious faced mature people and bright lighting. We were wrong to think it was like Crown Casino where its full of shops, restos and clubs. 7 Luck was simply a casino. We needed to find somewhere else to go. I approached the secuirity guard and asked him to write down the suburb 'Hongdae' in korean. We developed this really cool idea of getting Koreans to write down the address in characters so we can show the taxi drivers.

Travelling in a group, we develop many other strategies including:

  • if we get lost, meet here every hour on the hour. We will wait 15minutes max before we leave. Then you will have to meet us at the next hour
  • Whatsapp Wifi group chat because we dont have sims/global roaming. Stand near an Apple shop and use their Wifi
  • When Korean addresses arent available, show taxi driver a picture of the building on our phones. When maps arent available, take photo of a map to bring with you in case you get lost.

Korean Clubbing
Girl to guy ratio 1:10+
Confident guys just grab your hips and try to dance with you, others tap you on the shoulder, pull your arm back (and I jerk it away - rude) or busta move in front of you when you're looking

Music: House, Doof Doof. The signage said this was a hip hop club. Joe said this was the best hip hop club he's been too. Eventually they played something I was more used too. The hip hop remember was pretty deep. I think they played Nas? We made some friend/s, How it started I don't know. He

This place was pretty trashy looking. The toilets were digusting as hell. There was only enough space for the door to miss the toilet bowl by 1mm. I dont think Koreans flush down their toliet paper so in the over flowing bin beside me, there was blood on the tissues. While I was pissing, the toilet water was splashing on me as it refilled. I stook in 1cm deep of puddle.. of what liquid? I do not know. Helen had a heart attack because the locks didnt open immediately and she thought she'd be locked in. I tried to calm her down and tell her how I opened it. I really hoped she could open it because I was dreading going to the bartenders and explaining the situations in non-Korean.

Helen thought everyone in the club was on drugs because no one was drinking. What were they high on if not alcohol and cigarettes? Our new found friend assured as they werent because drug usage consequences were tough. He said these people just get drunk on one drink. We were on the dance floor. I looked on the stage and there was a group of people dancing exactly the same moves. there were about 12 of them and I was pretty sure they werent some dance group because the mix of people seemed too random. I was tripping out as fuck because by then we had drank a lot. I assumed it was a dance that everyone knew and danced together, like the macarena. It amused me to imagine me going up there trying to learn the moves. Koreans are such accepting people, I shouldve done it.

Woke up at 11pm. SHIT! 3hour sleep in and not one of the six of us woke up in time.
Heading out for 12am KBBQ and overcoming language barriers.
'We've ordered. Let's just see what comes out and go from there'
Dave wants to buy a Hite beer glass from the lady. To save us the complicated explanation, I did recommend we buy it at a retailer. Joe volunteered to ask the lady with his body language.
*Puts cup slowly into his pocket. Offers lady cash. Lady smiles and takes cash*
KBBQ in Korea shits all over Melb. Obviously. I never liked KBBQ until now. A dish of meat is $5 each.

When Helen got locked in the first toilet cubicle at NB2

Cool bar menu. $6 drinks

Street rubbish

The David's pissing at the breakfast restaurant

Walking aimlessly through Seoul at 9am. Beautiful weather!
But tired as fuck. We took a cab home hitting peak hour traffic too.

Sensible guy says: NO! Tomorrow! Come back tomorrow!
No! No! One more! One more! hahaha

Day 2
Max Style
Janeth.
Bennegarth
Pasta carbonara

Meet at Seoul Station at Exit One. I don't have a mobile phone for her to call me on if anything goes wrong so we rely on the old system of meeting up: Meet exactly here and exactly this time. Being in a foreign country when english is not the first language and meeting at a place where I have never been before its daunting. It was the first time I was really alone on this trip. I got there all by myself. I waited at Exit one but she wasn't there. Thank god this country has wifi pretty much anywhere and I see her Facebook message that she is here as well. She comes down to meet me and we go to a restaurant which is disappointingly non very korean. it was white people food, pasta, steak,

Most of the food here does have some spice to it. People are so used to it they don't label it on the menu or on the packaging. There is no english on the packaging here so my hungry visit to the convenience store for snacks is even more interesting. I choose foods based on colours, typography, both of which will help me decide how it will taste, and whether its spicy or not. I'm lucky I'm not allergic of spicy foods. I can imagine how limiting traveling with a specific diet can be very difficult and dangerous in countries that don't speak english.

14th storey view from our Seoul apartment
Surprised of the quality of these buildings. Reminds me slightly of the Philippines although
no where near enough. Rooftops are privately utilised.

Dinner.
Joe and I go to the Family Mart next door. Nothing is in English. We have an exciting time choosing food to eat. I choose these noodles soley because they have 'Harry Potters' face on it. Koreans are so used to their spice they dont mark 'spicey' on their menus. I am constantly at risk.
Joe buys three types of Korean beer and I two types of plum wine to wash down our noodles.
Store tendant: You Japanese or Hong Kong?
Me: Australian
Store tendant: No, Japanese or Hong Kong?
Me: Australian
Store tendant: No.
hhahahha what more can I say??

Observation:

I love korea

Nothing is in english
People are happy to help you if they cannot speak your language
Smiles
The most beautiful weather. 25 degrees, blaring sun (not so beautiful) nice breeze. At 12am night time the weather is plesantly chill.

What makes Seoul a safe city:

People/men in particular who dont stare at you
Accepting and tolerating of tourists
People smiling and willing to help and interact
Strangers/sales assistants striking conversations
Easy transportation
Helpful receptionists
Wifi
Graceful and passive moments e.g. walking speed

Trust worthy people. I often get confused with the currency and offer more money than needed. They have always returned the rest of the money, even the cabbies. Sales assistance leave their laptops and iphones on the table and leave the stores unattended. A plant store will leave its goods outside the store after hours ready for people to steal. An ice cream store leaves its refrigerator outside, loaded with ice cream with a standard padlock. If this was Melbourne, drunken cunts would take advantage. Its amazing how trusting these people are. I love it. :)

I want what I cant have more than I did if I could have it. The best way to get me to want you is to drive me crazy. The best way to drive me crazy is give me a good impression and make me feel I lost you. Damnit!

AH!! I love them to death!
I wish they were glow in the dark so people can notice me breakdance at the clubs.

It's 1am. We have a 6am pick up tomorrow for a flight out. I have not had proper sleep since Thursday night. We are in high spirits because we are hysterical and delusional with tiredness. But I wont sleep, not yet. Its' my last night in Korea and there is so much to do and learn and people to meet. No sleep for the wicked. I wanted to check out Itaewon. An 'international suburb' and party town. We researched a couple clubs on the internet and read some reviews:

UN Club:
Hip hop club. Mostly black people

Kings Club:
Actual black people

Although it was a Monday night, I expected the clubs to be pumping. Wandy said Koreans party through out week, drink during breakfast. Walking the streets earlier at 10pm I see drunk stumbling business men in suits. Yesterday being a Sunday, the club was packed. Why wouldn't a Monday be banging?

Through broken english and lots of smiles and hand gestures, I got the receptionist to write down the korean addresses of these places. She said only one of the three clubs I listed existed. Damnit. Club Volume. We caught a cab there. Cabbies here drive really fast around corners and narrow ass underground tunnels, swirving into lanes without indicating. It still feels like controlled driving though. these people are so disciplined.

We got to the place and found Club Volume to be unusually quiet. I told Joe, I bet this place is closed. My theory was confirmed. We drove all this way, at 1am to arrive in the middle of nowhere in the middle of the night?? Why didnt the recepitionist or the cab driver say anything!??! haha! Joe and I high fived each other. Job well done. There was nothing to do but to walk around and find some place to go. A hotel near by was open, we asked the guy if there was anywhere to drink at this time of the night. He said not today. haha

We walked through the streets of Itaewon. It was a cool but comfortable night. One or two people were still walking around. I felt safe. I've always felt safe here in korea.

We walked for about 2 hours. We didnt know where we were going. When we reached an intersection we used the 'Right, left or straight, quick quick quick!' method of deciding where to go. Generally we would walk the way where there was more lighting and life. Once in a while we would stumble down an alleyway. There was plenty of yellow street lights. The night was still and very quiet. I felt compelled to talk in whispers or low murmers the more we got deeper into the suburb. Korean main streets are wide, often four lanes but here the streets were so narrow only two cars can just fit side by side. Occasionally a motorbike or a cabbie would pass us. Joe noted the 'acutal black person' in the cab. We joked he was going to Kings Club. These streets were lined with hidey-hole restuarants, convienence stores, taylors, and other small businesses. The only stores that were opened at this time were convience stores and KBBQ. I think they have 24hr KBBQ here and these places are decently packed out for 2am with young sober Koreans. Off these streets the alleyways got narrower, probably wide enough to fit four people side by side. They winded, dipped, ascended unpredictably, and even branched out to smaller alleyways. These streets were lined with concrete high fencing, and elaborate doors which were the entrance to multiple storey houses. Some times these doors were bolted, guarded with secuirty codes but others were wide opened. We peaked inside and it was the entrance to the house! we could see living room and furniture, no doubt these people were sleeping. Someone could rob and rape them while they slept! It was humbling to know these people trusted strangers. Its a nice feeling.

Itaewon

Once every half hour we passed someone. They were getting some late night shopping, walking home or packing up newspaper ready for the morning delivery. We passed a small newspaper printing house. I felt safe again because nobody really stared as us, they just walked past. they just mind their own business.

When we had enough of Itaewon, Joe suggested we take a cab to Honik the university district to walk there. He thought things would be more lively there that it was a university suburb. We pulled out our massive ass tourist map to try to find out where honik was in the map to show a taxi driver. A guy walked past us. I couldnt help but laugh at how funny it must've looked. Lost at 2am in the inner suburb of Itaewon, pulling out a tourist map in an alleyway. hahaha! We craaazy.

We gave up because we couldnt find it on the map. My tiredness won over my enthusiasm and we stopped by a convience store to pick up some two minute noodles to have at the hotel. We hailed a cab driver and showed him the business card of our hotel so he could take us home. We were having a conversation. I think its cute how Koreans casually talk to us in their language even though they know we dont understand. You'd be surprised at how much you do understand through everything else they are communicating with.

It was about 5minutes into the drive. I was passing out when I saw bright lights and pumping music, where were we??? I looked up. we were on a main street I saw the name in big neon KINGS CLUB. AGHH! IT WAS OPENED!! We walked far but not far enough to discover it! hahahahahh that was another high five moment.

Driver: You friendo?
Me: Yes, we are friend.
Driver: Handsome man *clenches left fist* good looking girl. *clenches right fist* together *puts fists together*
Me and Joe: HAHAHA! No No. we are just friends
Driver: No no no no, girl boy no friendo. It's korean tradition. girl boy no friendo

He mentioned it was fathers day today. We asked if he had kids. He said 'Daughter. Fourteen'.  Which at first I thought he meant he had fourteen daughters but I think he meant he had one daughter who was fourteen years old. He asked us if it was Fathers day in australia. I matched the price of the cab fare to give as a tip. He me laugh. He was shocked but really grateful and made sure we had not left anything in the car. Ive taken only fond memories from Seoul. I have good things to say about this city. I'm in love, I've experience a Korean love story.

We ate our dinner at 3am and retired to bed only to be woken up by helen 2.5 hours later. Time to fly.

Gamsahabnida Korea.

Until we meet again

GOT

I cant get over the DJ at section 8 last night. He was like Ty, but next level shit. I listened to everything he played, not skipping or zoning out in my mind. He looked so cool as well. I tried not to watch too intently. I thought he was Jap but apparently he's filo.

When I'm not watching Games of Thrones, I'm reading Games of Thrones. I read it on the train to work, while I'm waiting at the station, on my lunch breaks, when I'm on the train home and before I sleep. I dream crazy dreams and it effects my language. I say things like 'when I broke my fast', 'on my 23rd name day', 'I am Daenerys Stormborn of House Targaryen' and more recently 'have you forgotten your vows?'. You don't understand how much this effects my waking and sleeping life.

I'm back on ebay and making shit lots of profit! an $85 sale on a $21 pair of shoes. But i also made a loss on $40 shoes selling for $15 damnit. they were RRP $350!!!

More interesting news, one of my ex's is expecting a baby. I know this girl, I've met her once on a train, through a friend of mine. And we overcame an awkward silence through friendly conversation when our mutual friend left the train to get off at a stop. She was nice but I never thought she would hook up with him. So now they are expecting a baby. I learn this though facebook because he's mum advertised a baby shower. Now two of three of my ex's have kid/s. Wow. I am going through this 'wow. what the fuck? are you for real? that could've been ME! I couldve been tied down to a family that isnt my own, making my own little family'. I'm just not ready for that kind of commitment.

This week is going to be one fucking cruisey week.

Full Moon Party

Situation:

Ive recently re-friended a high school mate who was very good friends with two of my ex's. (my two ex's dont know each other). The kinda friend who jumps in a fight for you no matter how many guys out number you. This high school friend went out with one of my friends. Despite he's shady records, he's actually a really cool kid and he invited me to his BBQ drink up. I was flattered he even remembered me. He lives down the road from me. One of my ex's would be there. And so would the rest of the gym junkie/drug dealing/criminal crew. He told me to bring some friends but no one wanted to come with me. I would be going alone.  I thought I owed it to him.

Bring it.

Result:

Hahaha! Most awkward party/shortest stay ever. It was like 'Hi. Let's do a shot. What, now? I havent eaten. Oh, okay. Shot then. Okay I'm going to go now. Bye!' I felt awkward because I did not know anyone. Bad move to go to a cockfest by myself. Literally. There were no girls. And I was too shy to look at any of the dudes or make friends with em. I had to leave to ease my pain. I may come back later. That shot has got me buzzing. I'm excited and i wanna do something more crazy. Plus its full moon. What have I got to loose?

don't bother callin ur boyfriend to find out where he was last nite ...he hasn't left my house yet

I'ma true gangsta queen holding shit down
Think you can take my crown and wear it proud
Well hoes you mistkaen so bow the fuck down

You start backstabbing me and going against your word
Thinking Oh She'll Never Find Out. Yea,But Guess What...I heard.

I'ma do some drugz
 I'ma fuck some thugz
I'ma drink alot
I'ma smoke some pot
I'ma do some thingz
I might latta regret
But, it's all good cuz'
I haven't grown up yet.

i dun worry bout wat otha peole think bout me, cause it can't be half as bad as what i think of them..

when you call me a bitch i just smile - giggle and walk away cuz i knew that long before you told me

When I die burry me upside down so the world can kiss my ass

Five shots couldn't drop me, I took it and smiled...

I'm so hot i make the devil sweat

Girl, don't flaunt it coz i dont want it

My come back to these is 'No one asked you, no one CARES. Geez'

Sheesha Tips

  • Shiny side of the foil should be facing down
  • Water should only be 1 - 1.5 inches over the pipe
  • Need grommets to keep all components of the pipe air tight. If you are missing a grommet, wet a paper towel and wrap it around the leak
  • Use all stems of the tobacco, stems have the most flavour. Cut up large pieces. If the tobacco is too juicy, squeeze it.
  • Sprinkle tobacco into the bowl dont pack it tightly. this will help with air flow. Also, put a pencil width hole in the centre of the tobacco to help with ventilation
  • Put an ice cube in the water base
  • the more holes in the foil the better but keep them small. Even finished, take foil off and loosen the tobacco from the foil. Rewrap.
  • PLace coal around the edge of the ceramic bowl. No. of coals depends on type of coal you use. Slowly move the coal to the centre of the bowl when outside tobacco has burnt.
  • If tobacco is too hot, use two sheets of foil
  • Gently blow smoke through hose once in a while to release smoke from water base
  • Use different hoses for different flavour groups
  • Don't wash your hose with water unless its meant to be. Otherwise just blow away the particles.
  • Too harsh? Take off some coal, change the tobacco. Poke smaller holes in foil
  • Not enough smoke? Put less water in base. Make sure its air tight

English Language

Fry's Planet World
How language is used and abused. Swearing plays and important part in human communication all over the world.

Documentary note taking:

  • Offensive language depends on context
  • Weasel words are used to disassociate our emotions from negative things e.g. concentration camps, special rooms, the final solution
  • Euphemisms to protect delicate ears and avoid humiliation. Politeness is a euphemism. Euphemisms are most popular for sex and death. 'By not saying exactly what they mean, comedians get away with murder'
  • Making something taboo only ads to its power. Swearing reduces pain and suffering but only when swearing is used sparingly in real life.
  • Language can make you feel like you're part of a club
  • e.g. gay language, slang
  • Trolling = looking to pick up
  • Goosh = decorational trim
  • Language inspired and taken by language e.g. hip hop bringing langauge of the streets in the dictionary. whip, jet, diss, spit, gel, ice. Acting as a voice to the disenfranchised. Slang delivers a message quicker. Language is circulated through popular media all around the world e.g. music, movies, news,
  • There is no right or wrong for language, its just a form of communication. Language should be celebrare in its creativity. Ignore purists and embrace the change.

Ranting

Sea salt water in my hair
Right hand nails are painted black
The left is white
Jekyll and Hyde
To express both my personalities
And perhaps my indecisiveness

Actually, I'm not
This is just me being self-balanced
Good and bad are contained within
It's only natural
It's Ying and Yang

My room is never gonna be completely clean. I live in organised kaos but at least it's organised. I like mess. I like looking at people's rooms or work stations because I learn about the sort of person they are. The girls at work spray their shoes with leather protector or buy a brand new pair once the leather has gone all shit. I'd like to wear my shoes til death and even then I will keep them as memories. My Year 8 chuck taylors are probably the most disgusting pair of shoes you'd ever seen and if tested for bacteria, there would not be a strong enough device.

Bed sheets are white
A few make up stains here and there
It doesnt bother me
Until someone comes over
And sleeps in my bed
Why must I feel embarrassed of my own bed?

Eyesdown
But my chin is still up
You can look at me
I won't notice you

My ear cartliage peircings trip me out. One year on and they still give me pain. Sometimes the pain is so much my eyes water, but I still move my stud around until my brain releases all the morphine it can give me. I move it til I feel numb. I cant sleep comfortably on my left side. No way will I get my right cartilage down. Its the only comfy side I have left and I am a side sleeper.

Jwow's under new and strict management. I dont like it because I dont like changes especially when I been at this place longer than you have and you tell me what to do. I dont like being told off. I don't care if you know more about management/bartending than I do. I know the changes are all for the benefit of Jwow, and because I love jwow so much I will do it. I'm actually sooking. I know these changes should have been in place from the beginning. But still, who are YOU to come into jwow and tell me off for eating chips infront of customers and beckon me over just to tell me off?? I'll find ways to cheat the system.

People stress out when there is change. People with the gemini star sign are more acceptive and adaptable to change. Helen's loving these jwow changes but ill still show some resistance.

Helen: I'm so excited for our holiday! we can sit next to each other on the plane! Or, do you talk a lot??

No, I don't talk a lot. Talkative people annoy me. Especially during travelling. I think its nice that you can share a moment of comfortable silence with someone. None of that fake chit chat. People with little to say are intriguing. Those who say things concisely are intelligent and rich in vocabulary, logic and efficiency. Helen, Yao and I work well as a team because we are Asian and all Asians are efficient (and economic). Stereotypically. I think its true.

Theres this young couple who catch the 723am train regularly. The girl talks SO much and I feel sorry for the dude. Like, and like... like this and like that, do you know what I mean?? No. Shut up.

Lately I've been annoyed at my manager. Not mentioning which of my numerous jobs this relates to.. I get so annoyed and I cant help giving attitude although most of the time I do keep it in.

Manager: Jen
Me: Yes?
Manager: Jennnn
Me: Yeh????
Manager: JEN!
Me: WHAT?!
Manger: (tells me something obvious)
Me: Yeh I know
Manager: JEN!
Me: I HEARD YOU!

Argh! Gimme a break. PLEASE I just wanna do my workkkkk! I could go on with more complaining but not too sure its safe to do so here... Its keep-quiet-and-pretend-to-be-happy time

It comes that time in my life when I get the urge to change the course of nature and pierce/tattoo/mutilate my body for the sake of beauty and satisfaction. Another piercing perhaps, where? Belly ring.. although.. I do have my fat days.. and when I'm wearing a tight top there will be a stud buldge. Also, it's rare when my belly ring will be exposed.. I've always liked lip piercings.. I dont want one that will knock against my $7,000 perfectly aligned teeth but one that goes through the bottom lip and out the top. I've seen it on.. Fucking sexy. I'd get it on my left side to balance with my right nostril ring.

I like the idea of matching tattoos because of how absolutely ridiculous it is. Matching tattoos?? Are you crazy? Si senor. Crazy loco. Matching tattoos are a memory of someone. Good or bad it doesnt matter.. people get tattoos that remind them of something bad sooo whats so bad about a matching tattoo??

I weigh myself at least once a day not because I'm obsessed with my weight but because I find it interesting how I can loose 300g between the time I fall asleep and wake up. About 2 years ago (recovering from my beer belly) was my fat days. I could no longer fit into my $400 Kookai Jeans I bought drunk shopping with Kylie. I ranged from 54-55kgs. Since then I lost weight by being jet lagged, getting forced to eat smaller food portions, working fucking hard, staying up late and fucking up sleeping /eating patterns, my inability to cook and preferring to sleep my hunger off. Before I left for the Philippines in December 2011 I weighed 51 kgs. I came back with about 3 kgs more which was surprising considering how much I ate and drank. I lost those 3 kgs by the 2nd week I came back by, yet again, being jet lag (fucking up sleeping/eating patterns) and working fucking hard. Now I range from 50 to 51.8 kgs.

I dont like exercise. I dont like running, gyming.. I think my work at Tony is phyiscal enough and I work so hard I sweat. My back is muscelier and so are my arms. This week my wrists ache. I'm gonna get hankels so when I punch someone my wrist wont bend in the natural way it does.

'How much do you know about yourself if you've never been in a fight?'

Fight club was on tonight. My all time favourite movie that just pumps me up. My sister asked me what it was about.. and I was delighted to answer the question but yet overwhelmed. There was just so much to say!!

I've bought two books recently: UK Underground Gangsters' Wives and Crimes of Passion. The first book tells the stories of the wives of gangsters, about lifestyle, activities, jail sentences and the kind of person she or the husband was. They say a lot of negative things about being the wife of a gangster.. espeically when there are children involved, running to do, court hearings to attend, jail sentences to be had, loss of identity, trust and relationship issues.. but damn its still so intriguing to me. Most these women turn a blind eye to the activities of their husbands because they love them unconditionally and the lifestyle is really a good lifestyle. Most believe they are just 'being a little bit naughty', the activities arent as serious as the law makes them to be. Oh geez, thats exactly what I would think.

I remember the days I fantasized being a drug dealer. Fake identification, I was mocked for choosing such a long and elegant name. 'Stoners wont be fucked calling up a drug dealer with the name Anastasia'. I thought it was a pretty name. We made plans which we thought were clever at the time. Now they are laughable. Being a girl, I would've probably gotten jumped and bashed big time.

The second book I had a difficult time choosing. I chose it over 'Serial Killers' and 'Infamous Murders' but seeing has I had read a lot about those topics, it was good to get something more specialised. Crimes of Passion are past accounts where lovers acted on jealousy, rage.. Love and anger blinded them and steered them to commit these crimes. Interesting.

Again, I recall the times where we had plans to fuck up some guy that fucked me over big time. I'd lure him in a quiet place, get him jumped. Back then it was a serious plan, more serious than the drug deal one. Although I wanted revenge, I didn't want anyone to get hurt or worse, die. My imagination ran wild because I dreamt about it a few times. I dreamt that we had actually killed the dude, chopped up his body and threw it in a clear plastic bag and then into those American tin trash cans. Then in the dream, I felt enormous and unbearable regret and disgust for myself to the point where I felt like vomiting. I thought the only thing to make it better was to escape immediately to Mexico. I was sad that I couldnt say good bye to my friends or family, or to tell my story. I imagine what shit I would put them through. The dream was so real. I woke up and decided to call our wicked plan off. off. off. off.

I read too much of that serial killer and murder shit that it effects me, mostly in my dreams though.

I think dreams are amazing. I believe they reveal your subconscience, emotions and sometimes connect you with people in reality.. or maybe open your mind to possibilities.. you wake up and consider 'what if that acutally happened??' and thats how ur attitudes to life can be changed by ur dreams. When I was living with my parents, my mum told me about a real vivid dream she had about my sister. My sister was yelling at my mum in complete desparation, my sister said HELP ME!!!! She rang my sister the next day to tell her about the dream and make sure she was okay. I scoffed at the idea, it was just a dream! But later on, my sister would admit that that time she was going through a really really tough time. My sister was shocked when mum told her about the dream.

I've heard stories from people I know where loved ones from past times have approached them in their dreams and given them a heads up on what was going to happen next. Spine chilling.

Ive had dreams of my brother stealing all my money and I've woken up so angry I wanted to confront him in reality and fight him. Its amazing how dreams arent simply just a movie, they take you on an emotional journey so strong you feel it when you wake up - it WAKES you up and blurs the line between reality and imagination. What else can do that to you?
