Today was also the first time I saw the inside of a gym. Yes, thats right folks, I worked out. I did 20 minutes on the treadmill, 10 on the stair master (by this time i was exhausted) and 7 minutes on the bike (by this time i was so weak the bike machine kept switching off because it didnt detect me peddling). My work out went for 40minutes which was good. I want to make gym a habit since my love handles and belly buldge are getting controllable. I need to fit into my $200 Kookai jeans got damnit!
We put them stools together. I raced vman who wasnt very competitive to begin with. so i won. in two occasions. And now his sleeping on his bed. I'm in an active and productive mode. I want to do something! He expects me to wait for him to wake up before I get a ride home. BooooooooRING.
I feel I'm wasting away..! I gotta do something with my life. What? and where do I start?
