A New Collection: Beautiful & Sentimental Furniture

So i've signed up to Centrelink to see what financial assistance (free money) i can drain from Australian tax payers. It's only fair. My fellow high schoolers from the age of 16 were eligible for youth allowance, getting $100's of dollars a fortnight, not to help parents pay for school fees and all things essential in a child's upbringing, but to spend on the movies and Daytona every weekend.
I am under something called the New Start Allowance which means i am over 21 and unemployed. It's been 11 days since the first point of contact with Centrelink and already the payments will start rolling in. In return, I must apply for 10 jobs a fortnight, record this in a book and online and then attent a one on one interview with Centrelink every 6 weeks. I must notify centrelink of any employment within 14 days. its pretty easy.
It's about now when I'm beginning to struggle for money, scrapping the bottom of my barrel for coins and veyr grateful to who ever helps me out. I've been driving around using papa's car a lot more lately, which is good because it means im becoming more independent and confident with driving. I'm a sikunt in my big ass maronne family car, driving with one hand pumping Snoop Dogg's Doggy Style album.
I've taken an oath to cut back on alcohol to save my body and money. I will now only drink on fridays. Friday's will be my day. On thursday I do plan to go to the drive ins and watch Captain America and hunt down the ghost in the disabled toilets.
We're planning an epic birthday party at Helens for my bday on the 13th of Aug. It's going to be epic. I've already made invitations for them and posted them out 3 weeks in advanced. I dont know if its gonna be big turn out, it doesnt even matter. Alcohol, good company if only a few, BBQ, temporary bar set up, Ty mixing some cool beats, Helen's bachelor pad.. those are the ingredients for a successful party.
I bought THE art deco dresser mirror table that i mentioned in a older post. Built in the 1947 on Arthurton Road in Northcote by C. G. Baragwanath, it is so very pretty. Its way to big and daunting to put into any bedroom as what the original placement of a dresser table should be, but i imagine it to be placed along the wall of a entrance hall, a quick check up on yourself as you exit the house, some jewelllery, scarves, key bowls, vases, flowers in or ontop of the shelves. I will give this apparent outdated dressing table a new context and therefore life. I love being surrounded by beautiful things, especially if they represent history in the making.
What I found in my dresser drawer, wedged under the walls
1. Thin gold chain
2. Paper swing tag 'Graham's Fine Gloves 6.5'
3. 1944 Australian three pence coin
