Robert Kiyosaki

during the day i went to watergardens, help mum run some errands, help her drive and carry her shopping. it was a hot 30 degrees today. here's what i wore:
1. Navy Blue lace corset from Primark
2. High waisted denim skirt
3. Cream belt
4. Rings on my fingers
i went grocery shopping bcoz i promised to make vman that turkish thing we ate at the night market yesterday. turned out successful, although there are a few things i would fix next time:
  • roll dough thinner
  • recepie can actually make double the servings
  • need helps more feta cheese to taste
  • need to learn how to make the garlic sauce
  • no need to over cook food

I'm quite experimental. I saw a Jamie Oliver cooking show on Channel 10 and he filled up chilled shot glasses with pomegranate seeds and topped with vodka. apparently the sweet popping of the seeds compliments the alcohol. you can use gin or tequila as well. i wanted to know what pomegranate tasted like so i bought one for $1.95 - not cheap.
i had to look up on the net how to cut and eat this thing. apparently u only eat the seeds inside. but that didnt stop mum from trying to eat the outside which she claimed tasted like unripe banana. it smelt like it too. this is what it looked like inside:

i thought it was cute how the yellowish membrane held the seeds together. i liked the mould of the membrane. i also liked how the seeds were packed so closely together it created a rectangular shape, reminding me of crystals.
Hard Work
It took a while to remove all the seeds. They tasted yummy and sweet. they really do pop in your mouth! they are juicy and squirt if you squeeze them. the juice is dark red and i bet stains on a white top.

ive laid out a flat sheet on the empty patch of carpet in my bedroom. i want to sit on the floor while i read or draw. today i was doing tummy excercises, it doesnt take much to make me sweat or roll around the carpet in pain. i hope this is doing good. i want fast results!!
ive transfered my blanket and pillows to this flat sheet. sleeping on the floor isn't too bad. its actually comfy and i heard good for your back. my muscles and skin/nerves can be toughen up in preparation for sleeping on the floor in Phils and getting a tattoo.
im trying to sleep while listening to Robert Kiyosaki's 'How to Retrire Rich and Retire Young'. its quite distracting. makes me feel like i need to get up and do something rather than fall asleep. i took out my trusty notebook and have already written 4 pages of how to be 'money smart'.
Ways to get rich:
  1. get a high paying job
  2. save 20% to as much as i can
  3. use these savings to purchase an investment rental property
  4. use rent income to pay off the loan
  5. with profits, purchase another rental property
  6. gain more profits and buy more property
  7. then sell 'bad' property to purchase a larger property.
  8. 'let my assets' grow
I like looking at peoples rooms. it says so much about the person. so here are pictures of my room. i took several, my room is quite big.

i remember the french musicians on the train in Paris, they would play all sorts of instruments. Accordians, saxaphones, the flute and the trombone. the train is a source of income for other people too, like tour guides (who pitch in french), and beggars with small children on their shoulders.
